FAQ's
You will come into the waiting room. I will be in to greet you and walk you into my office. The first session gives you a chance to share what brings you into therapy and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. You will also get a chance to know me and see how I work. I will assess at the end of the session to determine if it would be a good fit to continue therapy. I look forward to meeting you and supporting your personal growth.
As I am a psychologist and not a medical doctor, I cannot prescribe medication. I can refer you to psychiatrists and I am happy to work closely with them to coordinate your care.
Your health insurance company may provide some coverage for out-of-network providers. If you wish to use your health insurance for reimbursement, I can work with you to provide you with a written account of your sessions that you may submit to your insurance company.
In efforts to streamline and make billing hassle free, all my patients provide me with their credit card information which is kept on file through a secure online billing program. My office will charge you automatically for each visit and provide a sales receipt which is sent to your email. If you need other documentation for insurance purposes, we can also provide that for you.
I can be contacted by phone: (610) 937-1058, or email: jzrentz@gmail.com. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact me as soon as possible by phone, text, or email. I require 48-hour notice to cancel a session free of charge.
